Was there for the hurricane. They were kind enough to let us bring our cat at no additional charge. When we went to check out I needed a luggage cart but they were not able to locate them as other hotel guest were storing them in their room and had not returned them. The front desk laddies offered to have one of the maintenance men come up to help bring our items down to our car. This was very helpful as we had an infant and a cat. This help allowed me to stay in the room with our daughter and pet as the maintenance man helped my boyfriend with our luggage and other items down to the car.

The breakfast was good every day with a wide variety of cold and hot foods. The coffee was superb and the hotel staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel had a well equipped gym as well for those of us who like to exercise daily!

Breakfast is nice, coffee machine always available, and popcorn free when we arrived caused a good impression on my kids.

STAFF…hurricane coming…skeleton crew on duty providing care, attention & actual physical assistance to this 80+ lady who never dreamed there would not even be a bellman. Throughout my stay, front desk gracefully answered my phone queries when she/he must have been very busy.

The location was close to airport. We were on business so it was good. If on vacation not close to any beach or resteraunts other than chain.

Location centric to beaches, restaurants and other attractions. Room was comfortable, clean, beautiful and had everything I needed ( mini fridge, coffee machine and mini microwave).

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the pool looked really nice. The location was good, about a fifteen minute drive to some of the important spots. We went to downtown St Petersburg, Indian Rocks Beach and they were fairly close. A little far from St Pete beach but that was ok. Staff was helpful and friendly.
